John Wills
Director of Marketing and Sales
John has more than 30 years of experience in the field of systems and software including an extensive background in computer education publishing. He is recognized for his expertise in the acquisition and development of technical training materials; developing and conducting computer application workshops; and assisting school districts with technology integration initiatives. Prior to co-founding Lucid, John managed product development and acquisitions for iConnect and South-Western Publishing. He also managed sales and marketing programs for SCH Technologies, CINCOM Systems, Cincinnati Milacron, and Quotron Systems. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in business and marketing from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, CA.
Mark Masson
Director of Technology
Mark is recognized for his work in applying technology in support of teaching and learning. He was the primary designer of two state of the art learning centers; the Technology Conference Center at Great Oaks and the Mobile Technology Laboratory at Wayne County Schools Career Center. Mark has assisted numerous school districts with the design and implementation of their technical infrastructures. Prior to co-founding Lucid, he was Director of Applied Technology and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Great Oaks Institute of Technology and Career Development and Program Manager for Cincinnati Bell Information Systems in Ohio and Germany. He holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Technology from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor’s Degree in business from the College of Mt. St. Joseph, Ohio.
